What is the purpose of “Bring Dad Home”?
My real experience inspired the game.
A dark night at the start of 2019 on a high month, and my dad participated in socializing and drank too much. I am the only one who can help him walk home after he gets out of the car.
My dad had a huge body, but I’m not that strong.
At first, it was fine, but later it became physically weak and unable to help. He was injured after he fell. The hospital was immediately notified and he was brought there right away.
After a few days, our team participated in the 48-Hour Extreme Development Competition, and the question was “What is home to you?”?”
As a result, “Bring Dad Home” came to be.
We won the “Most Popular Game Award” in Guangzhou 48 hours after the game was released.
“Bring Dad Home” was selected for the Indie Prize finals at the end of 2019.
