Factorio is a game in which you manage and build factories. You will be mining resources, researching technologies, building infrastructure, automating production and fighting enemies.

Although the core gameplay is a free play scenario, there are a range of interesting challenges in the form of scenarios as well. It’s possible to create your own maps or scenarios if you don’t find any you like with the in-game Map Editor. You can place entities, enemies, and terrain in any way you like, and even add your own custom scripts to make play more interesting.
